The Client -- In 1981, Jeffrey C. Miller, the director of American Senior Safety, helped pioneer medical alarm systems and technologies. He has designed, manufactured and monitored medical alarm systems for the senior community for the last quarter century. His newest medical alarm system, called GET HELP NOW, is the company’s flagship product.

The Problem – More then half of American Senior Safety’s sales are taken over the phone. Without being able to track these calls to the advertising that generated them, American Senior Safety could not determine their Return On Investment.
